It’s About More than a Picture.

I want to create something different.

We are living in interesting times.

Old ideas about who women are supposed to be—how we should look, how much space we should take up, how loudly we should speak, what we should want, and whose approval we should seek—are beginning to loosen their grip.

And I believe I have a role in what comes next.

For generations, women have learned to see ourselves through someone else’s eyes. To make ourselves smaller. More acceptable. More pleasing. To measure our beauty, our worth, and even our lives against standards we didn't create.

My photography is rooted in the feminine gaze: women being witnessed rather than evaluated. Beauty without performance. Sensuality without obligation. Strength that doesn't require hardness. A woman allowed to be fully herself—wild, soft, powerful, imperfect, intelligent, aging, changing, becoming.

There is something profound about seeing yourself that way.

Especially when you have spent years caring for other people, building careers, raising families, surviving difficult seasons, changing bodies, changing identities, and wondering somewhere along the way where you went.

You are still here.

I believe women holding space for other women matters. I believe creativity matters. I believe reconnecting with our bodies and with the natural world matters. And I believe every time a woman chooses to take up her own space—to be seen without apology—something shifts.

Maybe that sounds like a lot to ask of a photograph.

I don't think it is.

We are living in a complicated, beautiful, uncomfortable moment of becoming. And while none of us has to carry the whole thing, we can each participate in creating what comes next.

I know sometimes it feels like so much.

But I also believe we were born for this.

“First of all, I wasn't expecting an instant best friend for life when I booked my shoot. Erin is warm, inviting, and makes you feel not only comfortable but gorgeous in front of the camera. She is your personal hype woman from start to finish. I was so at ease and had a blast! Erin's setting is gorgeous. So many great places to shoot. I think that every woman should do a boudoir shoot. The empowerment is beyond incredible and with Erin behind the lens you will be absolutely blown away by the results. You'll say "I can't believe that's me" to which Erin will say "hell yes that's you, you goddess!" Actual conversation. It was a wonderful and soul lifting experience. I love that there are photographers like Erin out there making us feel incredible about ourselves. She's a girl's girl. We need more of her in the world. Just book the shoot! For you!”
